Mt Fuji Hibachi & Sushi Bar in Denver

This is my family's go-to hibachi place. We did the whole hibachi show once, but after that we are content to dine at the tables since that area is not as hot and smoky. They have an all-you-can-eat deal twice a week, excluding holidays.Its a pretty good deal considering the diversity and quality of food. The staff is always friendly. Expect them to put an 18% gratuity on your check. I don't mind so much since the service has always been good, but I normally tip 20-25% when my hand isn't being forced. So as long as they keep putting 18% on my check without asking me first, that is all they are going to get from me. Their loss. Also, there is a fountain and coy pond inside that kids will enjoy.

The food was great! Chad my server rocked and the Chef put on a great show! My only complaint would be to much dressing on my salad (I should have asked for it on the side).

An amazing place to eat! The Hibachi was awesome! We had the Ribeye and Scallop; so tender... and juicy! Our appetizer was a soft shell crab roll! The presentation was incredible! Will totally recommend this place to friends, family and associates!

This place is OK. Went in with a party of 7, we were seated quickly, the waitress was pretty good. Before we sat I told the hostess there was not any soap in the mens room, glad they had hand sanitizer. When we left about 90 minutes later, still no soap. The food was decent but they didn't have white sauce, which I thought was standard for any hibachi restaurant. The cook seemed in a big hurry, very impersonal. The food was decent, not a bad place but for the prices I expected a better experience. Probably won't choose this place the next time we go for hibachi...

i came here on saturday night with my family for my cousins birthday. we had to wait to be seated, which is fine. once we were seated, it took 20 minutes for anyone to greet us and take our drink orders. it took at least 20 more minutes to get our drinks and order our food. the cook was funny and good at his job. food was great, but our server was rude about me making certain requests on my food. didn’t refill my drinks until i asked twice. dinner took almost three hours. not sure if i want to go back.

I normally dont leave poor reviews because i like to give places a second chance but ive ordered from here 3 times now and the portions are so small. I left 3 stars because the food is good, however i wouldnt recommend it over another place...you pay about the same price as competitors but you receive a less amount of food. Especially when ordering for take-out the portions arent worth the price. Just something to consider to customers and hopefully something the restaurant works on

Everything nicely packaged and tasted good. Only gave 3 stars because not sure how much food they give you in the restaurant but the portions were not enough for the price. Chicken and salmon was in snail cider tsi er with barely a cup of white rice. Disappointed.

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a great feeling. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Very fun hibachi experience. This place takes reservations. You'll need them on the weekend. The restaurant was very crowded but the bar area was available for drop-ins. The chef was great with the typical antics of a hibachi chef.
